Appearance: Vee is forever trapped in the body of a 13 year old because of a curse. His skin is a sickly pale color, he has white somewhat messy hair down to his middle back with some hair framing his face in the front (about three inches below shoulder length), and pale lavender eyes which lack pupils as is a characteristic of his clan. Vee's wears thick black eyeliner with tear drop markings drawn centered below the eye, black lipstick, his ears are pierced with small to medium sized silver hoops, and he has a silver tongue piercing with a small ball. Since he is a member of the branch family, he has the green X shaped curse mark on his forehead which he covers up with a black headband tied in the back that has a purple eye mark in the center. This eye is actually identical to the purple eye markings on the backs of his hands and the backs of his feet. His bangs are completely combed back and reveal a widow's peak if the headband is removed, which he seldom does in front of other people. In hot springs he goes as far as to wrap his forehead in bandages. He is always seen wearing a black choker about an inch wide. Vee wears a purple v-necked shirt with long sleeves, put on like a coat with the right side wrapped over the front and buttoned to the left side. Because of the neck style of the shirt, a rather large vertical scar with stitches on his chest from a heart operation is visible. The edges of the shirt and sleeves have a one and a half inch band of black and the button is also black. Vee's sleeves are purposefully way too long, extending just below his knees when his arms are to his sides. The bottom hem of the shirt falls a few inches below the buttocks. Because of the ridiculously long sleeves, the black fingerless gloves Vee wears to cover the markings on his hands can only be seen when he pulls the sleeves back. He ties a plain black sash around his waist over his shirt with the knot in the back. He used to wear his Leaf Village headband instead of the plain sash, but he no longer wears it because it has no significance in the Soul Society. He wears pants which are the same purple color as his shirt with a one and a half inch band of black at the opening of his pant legs. When he's out and about, Vee wears black sandals in the most common style of shinobi footwear, and when he's inside he wears black tabi socks to keep the eye markings on the backs of his feet covered. He still wears a tool pouch, but instead of ninja weapons he carries his medications in it. Also, on days where he has to stay in bed, Vee wears his lavender hospital robes.

Personality: He is a very sweet and quiet boy with a big heart, though he gets very talkative and excited over music. Despite being rather frail, he will push his own health to the side in order to help someone in need, which can make his health worse if he exerts himself too much. He enjoys meeting new people, even though it is difficult for him to talk to them at first. Vee is also very polite, and is known for getting mildly angry with people who have no manners. He is very prone to coughing fits, and will more often than not shoo away anyone trying to offer him assistance.

History: Vee was born into the branch family of the Hyuga Clan with the extremely rare recessive gene for white hair passed down from his father. He was raised a very happy child, even after being branded with the curse mark at age 4½. His mother and father were both shinobi, and they brought up their son to be one as well while being careful of his mild asthma and allergies to mold. Satoshiro was very strong and skilled in both the clan's Gentle Fist and at the usage of shuriken and kunai, so he taught these skills to his son. Hisana was physically weak and frequently ill, and when Vee turned six, she decided it was time to teach her son the secret of his maternal lineage. His grandfather Hayahashi was in the middle of a mission in the territory now known as the Land of Sound when he was tempted by a demon who promised him great power, which worked in the demon's favor since Hayahashi was feeling inadequate, that he needed to become stronger to protect his wife and child. He fell for the demon's sweet words, and although he was endowed with great psychic powers, a curse was also placed upon him, a curse which caused an incurable respiratory illness comparable to a severe case of tuberculosis. The illness wouldn't kill him, but it did make it impossible to perform rigorous physical activity without triggering violent coughing fits and early fatigue. Hayahashi began to rely on his psychic powers more and more, and as he trained them more diligently, the illness's symptoms became worse. A great many foes were felled by his immense psychic powers, and he made many enemies of the families of his foes. He and his wife eventually had another child, Vee's mother Hisana, and another daughter. While Hisana was growing up, Hayahashi realized that the powers given to him and the curse put on him by the demon had been passed on from him to his daughters, and would pass to his daughters' children. The grief of the realization of the mistake he had made drove Hayahashi to commit suicide, feeling it was the only way for him to atone. Hisana discovered her father's diary, where he had recorded everything about the encounter with the demon, both the powers granted and the curse. Once she and her little sister had read it all, they decided to use the cursed powers to show their father that they was willing to live with them, to hopefully bring his spirit peace. As a result they became sicker the more she trained with her powers, but they accepted the curse, and Hisana accepted that training Vee would also afflict him with the curse. She began to train him gradually, starting him on moving small objects around with his mind. Soon he began using the powers of his mind to move larger objects, but for some reason he wasn't being afflicted by the curse. Hisana began training herself to use all the powers her father had written about in the diary at once, bringing on the curse immediately. But with her decision to only start Vee on telekinesis, he would not be affected by the curse until he expanded the use of his powers to more than telekinesis. When Vee was close to turning 10, he began experiencing shortness of breath and tiring easily from physical activity. Hisana believed it was the effects of the curse, but when the doctors found an arrhythmia and investigated further, they discovered a large hole had opened between the ventrical walls of Vee's heart. The doctors operated immediately, and the procedure left Vee with the scar on his chest he still has today. While he was in recovery, Satoshiro bought Vee a bass guitar, just like his son had always wanted. He hired a music teacher for Vee, and the boy became very good at playing the purple and black guitar. Life went back to normal for Vee until a little over 3 years later, a month or so after his birthday, when tragedy struck. One night at around 2 in the morning, he heard a scream from his mother and father's bedroom. When he ran to see why his mother was screaming, he burst into the room just in time to see his father murdered by the son of one of the men his grandfather had killed. The man went for his mother only split seconds later, fatally wounding her. Hisana was able to tell Vee where she had hidden her father's diary, for him to find it and read it, and use the powers it would teach him to make her and his grandfather proud. Her last words were "Your father and I love you very much, always remember that sweetie," before her life flickered out. The extreme trauma from witnessing his mother and father killed right before him triggered the full potential of the dormant psychic powers to awaken, and his rage triggered its most terrifying skill. A shock wave of extremely powerful psychic energy radiated from Vee's body and obliterated the killer, as well as the majority of his house, reducing them to nothing but traces of ash. The full potential of Vee's psychic powers awakening caused purple eye shaped markings to appear on the backs of his hands and feet, which he keeps covered up. It also triggered the curse, and he suffers heavily from the illness, coughing up blood multiple times a day on a daily basis. It becomes worse if he is exposed to conditions where there is a lot of moisture in the air, rainy days for example. An unexpected side effect of the massive strain put on his body by such great power suddenly awakening at its full potential halted his body's aging process, trapping him in that 13 year old body. With the loss of his parents he became very sulky and began wearing thick black eyeliner with tear embellishments to make it look like he was always crying, until he met Neji. The two became very close and Vee even trained under him, learning a great deal in the Hyuga Clan's techniques. He was brought great joy when Koharu bore Neji a pair of twins, and he enjoyed taking care of them greatly. Vee even ended up meeting a wily, easily excitable genetically altered clone of Neji who was given the name Nenji. But after the great ninja war, Neji was killed, and Vee was faced with loss again. He decided to go wherever Koharu went, since she was Neji's wife. Shortly after Neji's death was when Koharu was given power by Lord Kagemos and asked to go to the Soul Society, so Vee ended up going with her and the children in her womb, her sons, his brother, and Nenji. This would also prevent the cursed psychic powers of his lineage from spreading, at least in the Leaf Village. He became best friends with Captain Jushiro Ukitake, who also suffers from a respiratory illness. He now lives with Jushiro, who treats him like a son.

Abilities and Attributes:

               -Gentle Fist: See naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Gentle_F…. Vee was trained by Neji and taught moves like the Rotation and Eight Trigrams: Sixty Four Palms. Even though his body is weak, he can still dish out these brutal signature attacks of the Hyuga Clan when he needs to.
               -Marksmanship: He was taught well by his father and is highly skilled at throwing kunai and shuriken.
               -Psychic Powers: The maximum potential of Vee's psychic powers was triggered by the trauma he experienced when he was 13. They are extremely powerful and don't require chakra to be used. Vee can use telekinesis, teleportation, telepathy, telemanifestation, and hypnosis. When these powers are active, Vee's eyes and the markings on his hands and feet glow brightly.
               -Telekinesis: With telekinesis he can move objects around with his mind and also stop objects traveling even at a high velocity from moving in an instant.
               -Teleportation: This skill allows him to transport himself to any spot within eyesight, which can end up being quite far if he is using his Byakugan. Vee knows to only teleport himself  if he can see where he is going so as to not end up inside of objects which will cause himself bodily harm or potentially death.
               -Telepathy: A simple psychic skill that allows him to project his thoughts into the minds of others. He cannot, however, read people's thoughts. Vee's psychic powers also make him able to sense the emotions of people around him, and certain emotions even affect his health. Negative emotions like sadness and depression make him feel ill while happiness and excitement put him in a very chipper mood. In a way it is a sort of mind reading, though not of specific thoughts.
               -Memory Sharing: By having someone close their eyes and clear their mind, Vee can transfer memories of past experiences to another person by touching their forehead with his finger. The shared memories aren't just limited to visions; the recipient will also experience the scents, sounds, sensations, and tastes of the shared memory.
               -Telemanifestation: (Hey I made up a word lol!) An ability Vee has where he can manifest his psychic energy into a physical state resembling purple energy. It allows him to form impenetrable spherical barriers around himself and anyone or thing he desires, produce fireballs, lightning, or energy balls out of the manifested psychic energy, and even attack with beams and blades created with the manifested energy. He has even manifested his psychic energy into clumps and bombarded foes with them.
               -Psy Armor: Vee can surround himself with manifested psychic energy which will protect him from harm. He can also form the armor into extensions of his own body, such as an extra long arm, a giant fist, multiple arms, or even tails.
               -Mental Shock: If someone takes a direct hit to the head from Vee's manifested psychic energy, it causes a shock to their brain which will knock them unconscious for a period of time depending on how much energy they were hit with. The target will suffer from side effects like dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and headaches when they wake up, much like a wicked hangover. Their senses will also be dulled, and the electrical impulses sent from the brain to voluntary muscle movements are scrambled, so attempting to move the fingers on their left hand might move the toes of their right foot.
               -Hypnosis: A skill Vee never uses unless it's on a person who asks to be hypnotized, as he feels that using his power to manipulate another person against their will is morally wrong. If a person meets Vee's eyes while he is attempting hypnosis, they will be caught, and will enter a trancelike state. While in this state, the person will do whatever Vee tells them to do. The hypnosis will end if eye contact between Vee's eyes and the target's is broken. He mainly uses this for small things like helping people fall asleep or making them forget things they don't wish to remember.
               -Curse: Because of the curse, Vee's body is trapped in the state it was in when his powers were awakened to max potential, when he was only 13 years old. He is very frail and becomes exhausted easily. Vee has violent coughing fits, some lasting up to 2 minutes, which cause him to cough up blood on a daily basis. Particularly violent coughing fits quickly exhaust him and in extreme cases he will collapse. He also has asthma and is extremely allergic to mold spores. Being exposed to them will trigger a very severe asthma attack. The more his lungs are agitated, the more they bleed, and the more blood he brings up. In serious cases, breathing becomes incredibly difficult and the large amounts of blood must be drained through a tube to clear them up. Damp air and rainy days also agitate his lungs and will cause them to bleed. With his condition, Vee experiences some days with very light symptoms and other days where he has to stay inside in bed. Because he coughs up blood on a daily basis, Vee always carries a cloth in his pocket. Even though physical activity aggravates the effects of this curse, it doesn't stop him from living life. He doesn't even mind if doing something will have him stuck in bed later. YOLO!
               -Medicine: Since Vee's lungs are in such poor condition, he takes medicine every day. There are pills he takes to stimulate the bone marrow to produce blood quicker, since he loses a lot of blood through his lungs. He has breathing treatments that he takes in the morning and before bed, and as needed for days where he has serious symptoms. Vee always carries his inhaler to take at regular intervals, and rescue inhaler for sudden asthma attacks where his airways start to close. He also has vitamins to take to help his frail body.
